Thank you for choosing Body Center KEF. Your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our services:

1. Refunds for Unused Sessions

  • Refunds for unused service packages (roller massage, solarium sessions, Body Space Vacu Therm) are available within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that no session has been used.

  • If any session has been used, a partial refund may be issued, proportional to the number of unused sessions, subject to approval from our staff.

2. Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.

  • If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the payment for the service is non-refundable.

3. Technical or Health Issues

  • In case of technical issues with the equipment during a session, clients can choose to have a free rescheduled session or a refund for that session.

  • If a client is unable to continue using the services due to health reasons, please contact us – we will assess the possibility of a refund or suspension of the package on an individual basis.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed in the same payment method used for the original purchase (card, bank transfer, cash), usually within 5–10 business days.
